Paso Robles Children's Museum

It took Jennifer Langstaff years to realize her dream of turning an empty firehouse into The Paso Robles Children's Museum. The museum is now an interactive play space for children from different cultural backgrounds to learn about their community and heritage.

Make-A-Wish

Kent and Colleen Schmidt of Syracuse, NY became “wish granters” with the Make-A-Wish Foundation because they wanted to make a difference in their community. After nine wishes, they are still giving children with life-threatening illnesses experiences that don’t involve doctors and hospitals.

American Rodeo

In Wauconda, Illinois, we met cowboys who broke their ribs, lost their teeth and risked their lives for the love of the rodeo.

Girls Inc.

Carol L. Rogers from St. Louis, Missouri believes that the key to turning dreams into reality is education. This is the message, along with important financial life skills, that she passes on to the girls who spend their after-school time at Girls Inc.
